What does ‘couldn't verify’ mean?

Sometimes Veritas can't get a result for an address — for example if the mail server doesn't respond. These come back as Unknown and you're not charged for them.

When is the hard-to-verify premium charged?

Only when Veritas successfully verifies the address. If it can't be confirmed, you don't pay the £0.25 premium.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. Top up once and use them whenever you need.

What is the verified addresses file?

Some addresses can't be confirmed with a standard check. Veritas goes further and verifies them directly. These are exported as a separate file — 97% confidence, ready to send.
